Once the data recovery process is completed and the file is successfully repaired, no refund will be issued. Due to the nature of our services, the recovery work performed is final, and once the issue is resolved, refunds are not applicable.

In rare cases where the issue persists, and the client insists on a refund, the refund amount will be calculated based on the formula provided below:

Refund Calculation Formula

If the issue is unresolved and the client requests a refund within 15 days:

Refund Amount = (Total Service Fee) – (Processing Fee + 20% of Service Fee as Usage Charge)

For example, if the total service fee was $1,000:

• Processing Fee: $50
• Usage Charge (30%): $300
• Refund Amount: $1,000 – $50 – $300 = $650

This formula ensures that while we strive to accommodate our clients, we also account for the work performed and resources used.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility
